THE PROCESS
Free workplace consultation
From the outset our dedicated furniture team work directly with you to fully understand your unique needs and objectives. We will define the exact workplace you need and that will work for your organisation, now and in the future. To do so we appraise the space both that you move from and that you are moving to or refurbishing to ensure we design space that’s right for your business.
We are experienced at furnishing all types of office environment and in today’s workplace where wellbeing, ergonomics and technology play a large part, we will help to create a workplace that is right for you and your staff.
Space planning & design:
Our design team then creates office design concepts (Space plans) based on what they know about your business and the building. Through smart planning and clever design, your organisation can have a space plan that supports your needs now and for years to come.
Concept design and visualisation:
The key spaces are brought to life, transforming a two dimensional office layout plan into three-dimensional imagery (including suggested finishes) so you can get a true sense of what your new office will look like.
Interior design:
As part of our offering, we will design your office interior based on your initial brief, creating the right visual impact for your business, reinforcing your brand and beyond that, creating harmony and equilibrium with interior design that works. We work with you to select finishes, fabrics, textures, lighting. Our role is to find the perfect balance of usability, aesthetic appeal and emotional stimulation. We transform offices and other commercial spaces into an environment where people feel happy, comfortable, valued and motivated.
Furniture, Fittings and Equipment:
One of few commercial interior designers with an in-house office furniture division.
We appreciate that budgets are tighter than ever, and to ensure maximum value for the client, we start by asking can you use any of your existing furniture? To assess the viability, we undertake a complete legacy audit of your existing FF&E. If this is not practical, where will you source your new furniture?
Our dedicated furniture team will help you to select your product against any aesthetic and technical requirements and coordinate the integration of the selection into the overall solution through a series of design workshops and tours of showrooms here in London.
We can arrange, supply, deliver and install anything from workstations, storage, seating, conference suites through to bespoke designs custom-built for you. It’s not a question of jumping online or flicking through a furniture catalogue; as part of efficient workspace planning, storage audits, space analysis and needs analysis to ensure that comfort, ergonomics, functionality and form combine effortlessly with branding and workplace relationships for a more productive workspace.
We take great care to nurture strong relationships with many of the leading manufacturers and in doing so establish favourable terms to benefit our client directly. We only work with the very best suppliers who have proven time and again that they can deliver high quality, on time and on budget.
Installation & Day 2:
We will undertake to install and position all furniture in accordance with the approved plans.
Please note the size of the installation team will vary depending on the extent of the works to be undertaken but this will always include a dedicated Site supervisor. We will carefully unload the furniture and once on site, we will carefully unpack and remove all cardboard and protective packaging for disposal after the installation in an environmentally friendly manner.
Each piece of furniture will be levelled, dusted and inspected for any defects or damage. In the event of any damage or defect a snagging list will be produced for your approval. On completion, you will be required to sign off all works.
Once installed, we will stay in touch to ensure everything works as it should and to answer any questions you or your staff might have. Just because the job is complete, it doesn’t mean our job is done.
